My Story
From Brokenness to Becoming

The Call
It all began over 21 years ago when God whisper to
me that he was going to birth a women's ministry out of me. I knew I was called, but the weight of the call terrified me. Deep down, I wanted to serve Him- but I was entangled in promiscuity, lust and a constant fear of what it would really mean to give God my full "yes."
The Breaking
Instead of running boldly into my purpose I hid. I tried to balance both worlds-answering the call and clinging to the chains that bound me. Doing so only left me more broken and confused. Then it all came to a head.
The Healing
My life flipped upside down in every way imaginable. Every area of my life-spiritually, emotionally, and relationally was shaken. It felt like my world had crumbled around me. In the middle of my brokenness, God led me to do one thing: take a deep look at my life. I began to assess the pain, the cycles, the sin that had entangled me for so long. And in that place of honesty, I cried out to Him.
"I repented."
I laid my sins bare before the Lord. And in His mercy, He began to walk me through inner healing-healing the wounds I had carried, the lies that I had believed, the shame that had suffocated me for years. As God healed me, I continued to surrender every broken area of my life and my heart piece by piece-until I could finally walk in the fullness of who he had called me to be.
The Birth of A.R.I.S.E.
On the other side of that surrender, I discovered freedom, boldness, confidence and a renewed identity in Christ. And most of all I embraced the call He had placed on my life: to just like you to break free from trauma, step into healing and walk boldly into their divine purpose.
Now I stand as living proof that no matter how broken you past may be God can transform your story into something powerful. He took my pain and turned into purpose. And today I walk along side women like yourself to help them experience the same freedom, healing and restoration through my A.R.I.S.E. Framework and Community.

I know what it feels like to smile on the outside while privately carrying pain, fear, shame, and cycles that never seem to break. But I also know the freedom that begins when you become honest about where you are, surrender your heart to God, and allow Him to transform your life.
That is why I created the A.R.I.S.E. Framework—a Christ-centered pathway that helps women confront what has kept them bound, pursue healing through biblical truth, and rediscover who they are in Christ.
Through the five stages of Assess, Repent, Inner Healing, Surrender, and Embrace, you will be guided from recognizing what needs to change to walking boldly in your renewed identity and God-given purpose.
You do not have to navigate this journey alone.

I understand the weight of trauma, shame, fear, and uncertainty because I have walked through my own journey of healing and surrender. That lived experience allows me to meet women with compassion—but my coaching does not rest on experience alone.
Everything I teach is rooted in God’s Word and designed to continually point you back to Jesus Christ. You will receive a safe place to be honest, loving accountability that encourages growth, and practical tools that help you apply biblical truth to your everyday life.
You will be seen, supported, challenged, and continually pointed back to Christ.

I offer more than temporary motivation. The A.R.I.S.E. Framework gives our work a clear, Christ-centered structure while allowing space for the Holy Spirit to address your individual journey.
